Features
Designed for lighting large machines and double-column machining centers, the head case is larger than previous models, with improved heat dissipation and brightness.
The body is made of aluminum and the front is made of tempered glass, making it a sturdy design that is difficult to break.
By using a constant current IC circuit, it maintains a constant brightness even with voltage fluctuations, eliminates flickering, and also extends the LED’s lifespan.
It has a uniquely designed protection circuit that can withstand inrush current, surges, and momentary power outages, and has high insulation properties.
The LEDs are supplied by globally reliable manufacturers.

Compliant with JIS lighting standards
According to JIS Z9110:2010, the illuminance of the working surface in the workplace must be 500lx, which is in line with the standard for work environment lighting.
For medium-sized machines (NLS-12C)
With a light distribution angle of 25° and a beam distance of 2.6m directly below, the illumination is 500lx, approximately twice that of the conventional NLS-05C.
For large machines (NLS-30C)
Achieves 500lx at 4.4m directly below with a light distribution angle of 25°. Sufficient illuminance can be secured even for large machinery.
