We include a dustproof cap as standard to protect the lock from rain and dust. In addition, we use a convex packing made from soft rubber molding, which significantly improves adhesion.

To enhance installation efficiency, we also add a temporary fixing boss on the mounting plate. Moreover, the lock comes equipped with the new TAK60 reversible key, which features a dustproof shutter and offers excellent ease of use.

Furthermore, the panel drilling dimensions match those of the A-160 and A-240 series, ensuring compatibility and simplifying the installation process. Most importantly, users can easily switch between left-hand and right-hand use by flipping the cam and stopper plate.

Forcibly pulling on the rubber cap may cause damage.
To improve durability, please periodically apply a lubricant designed for resins to the sliding parts.
We recommend applying an anti-loosening agent to the bolts used to attach the stopper plate to prevent them from coming loose.
The standard tightening torque for M4 tapping screws is 0.75 N・m
Please thoroughly test the product before using solvents such as anti-loosening agents.
