Features
This is an LED floodlight for advertising signs.
You can use this fixture to illuminate facades and outdoor signage effectively. We construct the main body from die-cast aluminum, and we use stainless steel for the mounting arms, bolts, and related hardware. This ensures high durability and makes it ideal for long-term outdoor installation.
There are five power consumption options ranging from 50W to 200W, and three light distribution angles to choose from: 30°, 60°, and 120°, allowing you to install the lamp according to your needs.
It has lightning protection (lightning surge resistance of 15kV) and can withstand inrush currents, surges, and momentary power outages, and also has a safe design with high insulation properties.

Outdoor permanent installation
The arms and bolts are made of stainless steel, and the power cable is made of chloroprene rubber 2PNCT 0.75mm 2
x 3C. It is designed to be rust and weather resistant.
Dustproof and waterproof
The protection rating is IP65, making it a dustproof and waterproof LED floodlight. It
can be used as permanent outdoor lighting for exterior facades and outdoor signs.
Surge Protection
It has a uniquely designed protection circuit that can handle inrush currents, surges, and momentary power outages, and is a safe design with high insulation.
The LEDs we use are from globally reliable manufacturers.
Thorough lightning protection
The current-isolating design quickly diverts induced lightning surges, protecting products from lightning strikes. (It can discharge up to 10kA with a surge waveform of 8/20μs.)
When lightning strikes or lightning discharges occur, induced lightning surges occur in power lines, destroying many electronic devices. This product has a built-in lightning surge protection element.

SPD (Lightning Protection Device)
This LED floodlight is protected by limiting sudden, violent current fluctuations (surges) caused by lightning and other events.
A typical lightning strike generates a surge of several tens of kV or more, but this LED floodlight has an SPD installed between the power supply IC and ground, so that even if a lightning surge enters the building during a lightning surge, it is discharged from the SPD to ground.
*When installing, be sure to ground the product.

Illuminance Simulation
We will perform a light simulation based on the size of the signboard and suggest the required quantity, installation interval, etc.
Example: When a 5m x 25m signboard is illuminated from above using a 180cm pole with NLFL50A-AC.
Strong wind protection (when installed outdoors)
By tightening the stainless steel hex bolt and fixing the angle, the mounting part will not break, even in strong wind environments, and it can be used as a permanent outdoor floodlight.

Wind pressure test method
The safety requirements for floodlights in JIS C 8105-2-5:2017 stipulate that the mounting parts must be strong enough to withstand wind speeds of 60 m/s.
In our load-bearing tests, the projection surface is placed horizontally facing downwards and a uniform load is applied for 10 minutes to confirm that there is no permanent deformation of 1° or more.

Arm Material
The material is stainless steel, which is resistant to rust even when left outdoors for long periods of time, and the exterior is painted with weather-resistant paint.
