New filter element adopted
Compatible with high oil content* (200% higher than conventional Orion machines)
The structure of the filter element EMS have upgrade, increasing the oil capture capacity by up to 1.8 times (compared to conventional models).
*This product cannot use under all oil conditions.
Typical pressure loss is 0.02MPa
In order to increase the amount of oil captured, the number of layers of the main filter media have increase, resulting in an increased filtration area equivalent to that of conventional products.

Element Life Indicator
A lamp indicates when it is time to replace the filter element (MSF400D and above/standard equipment)
With the evolution of air compressors, the oil discharged is now mainly liquid mist, and it is becoming difficult to determine the time to replace the element by the differential pressure. Orion Machinery proposes time management (approximately 8,000 hours) as a new element management method for the new era.

Clamp joint system used (MSF400D to MSF2000D)
The lower body can easily remove by loosening the wing nut inside the band cover. This makes it easy to replace the element.
