Our team developed the NLFZ series specifically for lighting ultra-low temperature freezers.
An environment of minus 60 degrees Celsius is an environment in which the LEDs and the electronic components placed inside cannot function normally. A built-in temperature control device monitors the internal temperature and activates the heater when it drops to minus 15 degrees Celsius. Once the temperature rises to 0 degrees Celsius, the system turns off the heater to maintain optimal conditions. The proprietary power supply includes various protection circuits for enhanced safety and reliability.

Low temperature freezer lighting
In recent years, freezing technology has been improving day by day. Thanks to the advancement of freezing technology, our daily lives have become much richer. We can now distribute various food ingredients in a fresh state anytime and anywhere, regardless of the season.
Storage Temperature Class
We classify storage temperatures between -20°C and 10°C as Class C (refrigerated), and temperatures below -20°C as Class F (frozen).

Frozen tuna and other products must be stored at temperatures below -40°C in ultra-low temperature freezer warehouses of F3 or F4 class.

An appropriate temperature device is installed inside the lighting fixture.
When the internal temperature of the device reaches -15°C, the heater is turned on to warm up the device itself.
Also, when the device temperature reaches 0°C, the heater will be turned off.
Heater
Heaters are installed in the LED and power supply units so that the temperature will not drop below -15°C.
Silicon Cable
The operating temperature range for normal PVC cables is -20°C to 60°C, but because this cable uses a silicone cable, the operating temperature range is -60°C to 150°C.
Wiring
Two power supplies are required: one for the lighting and one for the temperature control circuit.
Compatible with both AC100V and AC200V.
