A strainer is a crucial protective device installed upstream in piping to remove iron particles, rust, debris, and other foreign substances, thereby protecting downstream equipment such as control valves and traps.
The U-type strainer is mainly used with self-operated control valves, pressure-reducing valves, and traps, and is ideal in situations where frequent cleaning of debris is required.
