Features
The set screw is angled at 30 degrees to the axial direction and is designed to be divided into three parts (equally spaced 120 degrees apart).
This is a high-precision lock nut with a polished finish that has runout accuracy of less than 3 microns in the thread direction.
Therefore, by tightening the set screws evenly from three directions, it is easy to achieve concentricity with the shaft, allowing for stable assembly with high precision and little runout in the axial direction in a short amount of time.
The nut has six wrench grooves on the outside, making it easy to tighten, and the threaded portion is wider, allowing for stronger assembly in the axial direction.
