The VL-550 series is a general-purpose vacuum switch that is widely used in the industrial sector, medical equipment, chemical plants, etc. as a vacuum pump automatic operation and vacuum automatic control device.
A metal bellows is used for the pressure-receiving element.
The tip of the operating lever has a quick action mechanism with a coil spring, and the electrical open/close mechanism
is also sensitive, and the double action of the snap action switch makes this a highly accurate and reliable vacuum automatic control device.
In addition, the set value can be readjusted from the outside without removing the cover, and a scale plate (indicator) is attached so that the set value can be seen at a glance.

The vacuum inspection uses brass bellows, and the standard material is brass.
It is used for air and water-based liquids at temperatures below 90°C. For steam or liquids exceeding 100°C, stainless steel (SUS316) is available as an option.
