The role of bearings

Bearings are used between the rotating “shaft” and the part that supports the rotation.
Friction always occurs between the rotating “axis” and the part that supports the rotation.
The primary role of bearings is to reduce friction and ensure smooth rotation.

Bearing types

Bearings fall into two main categories: plain bearings and rolling bearings.
Plain bearings support a shaft on a sliding surface, forming an oil film between the shaft and bearing. This lubrication allows smooth rotation, while also offering excellent resistance to vibration, high-speed rotation, and impact loads.
In contrast, rolling bearings use balls or rollers placed between an inner and outer ring. There are two main types: ball bearings, which use balls, and roller bearings, which use cylindrical rollers.
Among them, deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used due to their global standardization and broad manufacturer adoption. That’s why we supply deep groove ball bearings as our main product.

Synthetic rubber double-shielded type (LLB)

This type is sealed on both sides with rubber seals, and compared to the metal shielded type, this bearing has better sealing of the internal grease. This type has excellent dust-proofing and low noise properties.
It is ideal for use as an actuator in factory automation equipment and precision instruments.
