a) The end face of the spanner may be without chamfering, with a round chamfer, or with a flat chamfer. However, the radius and flat chamfer size “f” must not exceed half the difference between the maximum value of across corners “e” and the minimum value of width across flats “s”.

b) r must be 1.5 mm or more, or r ≥ s.

c) If s ≤ 17 mm: 90° (+2°/-1°)
If s > 17 mm: 90° (+3°/-1°)
