Characteristic
Effective for removing rust and preventing rust recurrence.
When the tank capacity is 10L, 1L of this solution is a guide.
Compared to ordinary rust removers, it is hard to blacken and has a high gloss finish. (Depending on the degree of material deterioration)
How to use
Remove any gasoline from the tank.
Detach the tank from the vehicle and remove parts like the fuel cock and cap.
Seal all openings tightly to prevent leaks.
Clean the inside of the tank.
Check tank capacity and prepare the correct amount of undiluted solution.
Fill with solution, then water (preferably 40–60°C) to eliminate air gaps.
Top up if the liquid level drops.
Let it sit for 5–6 hours (max 24 hours), then drain.
Rinse the inside with a hose.
Fill with 20× diluted solution, then drain lightly.
Dry completely without rinsing.
Once dry, rinse with a small amount of gasoline.
Check for damage before reattaching.
If rust remains, repeat the process.
If not using immediately, apply a rust inhibitor.
