Characteristic
The pulzea series is a functional UV-cut composite powder for cosmetics in which the surface of extender pigments such as mica and sericite and organic spherical polymer (PMMA) are coated with an inorganic UV scattering agent. It features a smooth feel and high UV-cutting ability.
