Explanation of Bottom Shape

• On the bottom surface, slanted grid-shaped ribs (vertical plate-shaped structures erected perpendicularly to reinforce the flat surface) are installed. This rib structure is particularly excellent in rollability (such as for rolling containers) and allows for smooth movement. Additionally, it is designed to suppress warping or twisting. Some models with drainage holes have 8 mm to 10 mm diameter drainage holes installed on the bottom. The number and location of the holes vary depending on the container.

                                                                          Foldable Container with Lid, Stackable by Lid

Explanation of Type Mark

This is a “Sankurett Ori-Con” type, a foldable container with an integrated lid. Like other Ori-Con containers, it can be folded to reduce storage space and shipping costs. Additionally, it allows for stacking with the lid on. Because the lid is integrated with the container body, it won’t detach due to vibrations or wind, and there’s no risk of loss. The lid is designed with an interlocking wavy structure that closes tightly when shut. Even if the lid is deformed, it becomes difficult to remove contents, thus enhancing security.

Explanation of Type Mark

• This type of Ori-Con or Sankurett container does not use metal screws or shaft components. Because of this, there’s no need to separate metal parts during disposal when the container reaches the end of its life. Additionally, for customers who use metal detectors or foreign object inspection systems, the Ori-Con itself, which contains no metal parts, will not be detected by mistake as a foreign object.

Explanation of Type Mark

• A handle cover can be installed over the grip holes in the container. The handle cover prevents the intrusion of dust or debris from the outside, keeping stored items clean. In addition, when storing small items inside the container, the cover prevents them from slipping out through the hand holes. Even with the handle cover installed, the handle can still be used. The cover is made of soft, flexible material, allowing your fingers to easily bend it inward. It can be used just like a standard handle. Once you remove your fingers, it returns to its original position.
