Explanation of Bottom Surface Shape

• Grid-shaped ribs are installed on the bottom surface to reinforce the flat surface by standing vertically on that plane. The bending strength depends on the height of the ribs—the higher the ribs, the greater the strength. These are commonly used in industrial containers. Especially in industries that use oil, they help suppress swelling (a phenomenon where resin absorbs oil and increases in volume).
• Drain holes, usually 8–10 mm in diameter, may be installed in the bottom. The number and placement of the holes vary depending on the container.

Explanation of Type Mark

• This type of Ori-Con or Sankurett container does not use metal screws or shaft components. Because of this, there’s no need to separate metal parts during disposal when the container reaches the end of its life. Additionally, for customers who use metal detectors or foreign object inspection systems, the Ori-Con itself, which contains no metal parts, will not be detected by mistake as a foreign object.

• • A handle cover can be installed over the grip holes in the container. The handle cover prevents the intrusion of dust or debris from the outside, keeping stored items clean. In addition, when storing small items inside the container, the cover prevents them from slipping out through the hand holes. Even with the handle cover installed, the handle can still be used. The cover is made of soft, flexible material, allowing your fingers to easily bend it inward. It can be used just like a standard handle. Once you remove your fingers, it returns to its original position.
