• There are two types of sets available for the PLC’s counterpart device (PC) interface: RS232C (Type-R) or USB (Type-U).
• RSCV-T/O is a compact and lightweight RS232C to RS422 converter that connects directly to the RS232C port of Omron SYSMAC series PLCs.
• It receives power directly from the Omron PLC, so there is no need for an external AC adapter under normal conditions.
• An optional AC adapter is available for cases where an alternative power source is required.
• You can choose between two sets, Type-R and Type-U, depending on the interface of the connected device, typically a PC.

◆RSCV-T/O Type-R

• This is a set consisting of RSCV-T/O and RSCV-T/N.
• By using our RS232C to RS422 conversion connector RSCV-T/N with the device connected to the PLC, typically a PC, you can extend RS232C communication between devices using RS422.
• When used with a PC, RSCV-T/N does not require an external power supply.
• However, if the supplied voltage is insufficient, an optional AC adapter can be used.

◆RSCV-T/O Type-R

• This is a set consisting of RSCV-T/O and DL-U422TF.
• By using our USB to RS422 conversion connector DL-U422TF with the device connected to the PLC, typically a PC, you can extend the distance between the
• PLC’s RS232C port and a USB device using RS422.
• DL-U422TF is powered by the USB port of the PC, so no external power supply is required.
