Rotary Base Connector RBR/ RBS Series

An ultra-thin, high-performance rotating base, ideal for connecting control boxes, monitors, and other devices.

Extremely Thin Exposed Height
- The exposed height of the rotating part is a minimal 10.7 mm and is extremely thin. (When mounted on the bottom side, with a casing plate thickness of 2.3 mm)
Bidirectional Load Compatibility
- Can be used for bidirectional loads (both compression and tension).
Eccentric Load Compatibility
- Can be used even under eccentric load conditions due to the slide plate structure.
Tight Space Compatibility
- The RBS type, which has the center flange cut off, can also be installed in narrow spaces.
Various Rotation Angles
- The rotation angles are set at 45^∘ intervals and can be used at any desired angle.

If it is before installation, it is possible to change the rotation angle settings. (Refer to “Regarding the Rotation Angle”)

Usage Method

The center flange can be mounted on both the top and bottom sides of the casing surface.

Regarding the Rotation Angle

This product has screws for setting the rotation angle arranged on the bottom flange at $45^\circ$ intervals. Although the angle stopper screw is set at the $180^\circ$ position at the time of shipment, please use it at any desired position. (The actual rotation angle will be approximately $14^\circ$ narrower for 50A and $12^\circ$ narrower for 70A.)

Precautions for Installation and Use

When using under an eccentric load, please consider the strength of the mounting surface, such as that of a control panel.
Fix using four M6 screws.
Applying a strong impact to the stopper pin (screw) may cause the pin to break, so please be careful.
