Plate Heat Exchanger

Simple structure achieves low cost! Two types are available: slim type and short type. You can choose between panel internal or external mounting, and 100V or 200V specifications.

Features

• Low cost is achieved by adopting a plate-type element that does not use operating fluid.
• Since there are no mechanical parts, there is no failure, and the plate section can be used semi-permanently under normal environmental conditions.
• Unlike refrigeration equipment, there is no condensation phenomenon.
• Since no operating fluid is used, it can be installed sideways or upside down.
• The simple structure, which is a combination of an element and a fan, allows for flexible adaptation.

Operating Principle

In a state where the inside and outside of the panel are separated by a heat dissipation plate:

1. Hot air inside the panel, collected by the inner fan, is cooled as heat is removed while passing through the heat dissipation plate, and then returns to the inside of the panel.
2. Cold air from outside the panel is collected by the outer fan, absorbs heat while passing through the heat dissipation plate, and is then released outside.

By repeating this operation, temperature rise inside the control panel is prevented.

• Low cost is achieved by adopting a plate-type element that does not use operating fluid.
• Since the heat dissipation plate uses an aluminum sheet, heat exchange efficiency is high and it is lightweight. Furthermore, due to the continuous bending process, the sealing performance is high, ensuring that the panel interior is reliably isolated from dust and mist.
• The heat exchanger can be installed sideways or upside down.
