Stick-type high-end model

Futaba caters to drivers who love stick-type controls, so it developed the T-FHSS SR system to make steering more comfortable; moreover, this system also supports the MINI-Z’s EVO mode. In addition, the 7XC transmitter works with T-FHSS SR, T-FHSS, S-FHSS, MINI-Z, and FASST, which lets you switch gear easily across platforms. Furthermore, the R334SBS and R334SBS-E receivers support T-FHSS SR as well as T-FHSS, thereby rounding out your receiver options.

Features

Direct, connected control with T-FHSS SR and SR-mode servos: The system uses SR-mode servos to deliver response beyond conventional digital servos. You set the link mode (SR/digital, etc.) and telemetry on the receiver settings screen, so you can configure everything in one place.

  • Telemetry availability: You can use telemetry only in T-FHSS mode; meanwhile, T-FHSS SR, S-FHSS, FASST-C2, and MINI-Z T-FHSS do not support telemetry.

  • Telemetry-off indicator: When you turn telemetry off, the “telemetry off sign” lights an LED on the back of the LCD to alert people around you.

  • Up to 7 channels (S-FHSS): With S-FHSS, you can run as many as seven channels, so you add sensors and accessories more freely.
  • Slim body: The thinnest body in its class fits every driving posture; as a result, long sessions feel more comfortable.
  • Home button: With a single press, you jump to the settings screen; additionally, you can assign this button to your favorite function and skip the touch panel altogether.
  • Variable throttle stroke: You adjust the throttle-stick angle to taste (the factory setting uses the widest angle), which helps you modulate throttle more precisely.
  • Throttle neutral adjuster: You tune the neutral split from 5:5 to 7:3, so the feel matches different vehicle styles.
  • Stick tension adjuster: You dial in spring tension for both steering and throttle sticks to get the exact resistance you prefer.
  • Stick-angle adjuster: You also tweak the stick-stroke axis angle for a more natural wrist position.
  • microSD card slot: You save model files, log telemetry, and update software with a microSD card (sold separately; supports SD/SDHC, not SDXC).
  • Convenient switches: Beyond the main controls, the transmitter adds body switches on the bottom and paddle switches on the back, which speeds up in-run adjustments.
  • Wide-view full-color LCD with touch: Because the screen sits on top, you can glance at settings while driving without breaking flow.
  • Design & IP: The product won the 2018 Good Design Award and holds 2 patents plus 2 design registrations (including partial designs).

CPS mix (1/2/3): When you use CPS-1 (optional), you set LED patterns and more.
Tank mix: Ideal for tracked vehicles such as tanks.

Program mix (1–5): Apply mixing between any channels. For example, you can: make the car rotate harder under braking → reduce gyro gain only while braking, stabilize acceleration → increase gyro gain when throttle is ON, cut straight-line hunting → lower gyro gain near steering neutral.

Tilt mix: Especially effective for boats.
Winch mix: By linking throttle and winch both ways, you drive and operate the winch simultaneously with one control.
