Shin-Tech’s Servo Balancer is an auxiliary device designed for ease of use, enhancing the precision and speed of transfer when moving workpieces.
This technology extends the capabilities of on-site operators, improving accuracy and reproducibility.

The benefits include the elimination of wasted movements, reduction of reaction time, and the effect of minimizing the inertial force of heavy objects.
It reacts instantaneously just by the operator grasping the handle. There is no need to press a button.

Product Features

• Three control methods: Button Mode, Handle Mode, and Balance Mode (Handle Mode and Balance Mode switch automatically).
• Equipped with Fine Adjustment Mode: 0.3mm / 0.9mm / 10mm (TSH type only – three levels of precision can be switched).
• 1.3 inch LCD screen displays the weight and precision level.
• Enables smooth and accurate lifting and lowering.
• Operating load can be adjusted (TSH type only).
• Equipped with No-Load Sensing Interlock (TSH type only).
  Prevents unclamping or suction OFF when the workpiece is being held (clamped, suctioned, etc.) mid-air. (Utility Model Registered)
• Upper and lower ends can be set using soft limits.

Handle Mode / Balance Mode

It switches to Handle Mode simply by gripping the handle.
Furthermore, it shifts to Balance Mode just by holding the workpiece in your hand and moving it up and down.

Combination with Rail System

The combination of the Servo Balancer and a rail system enables three-dimensional transfer of workpieces.
Shin-Tech can provide aluminum rails and steel rails. Installation can be chosen between overhead suspension or floor-mounted gantry.

Servo Balancer Anti-Drop Mechanism

Shin-Tech consistently handles the design and manufacturing not only of the Servo Balancer but also of attachments such as clamps and vacuum devices.
Here, we introduce a device that includes an anti-drop mechanism within the pallet clamping attachment.

TSH Type

It is a balancer with a small and lightweight body.
A hook is suspended by a chain from the main balancer unit.
It has Handle Mode and Balance Mode, and a Fine Adjustment Mode is included when precision is required.
Modes of 0.3 mm, 0.9 mm, and 1.0 mm can be selected, allowing for switching between precision levels.
The lifting height (stroke) is 3 m as standard, with options available from 2 m to 6 m.
