Features

Moving surface protection

We join the body (fabric) and slide plate by welding, and this seamless accordion design enhances waterproofing while also preventing the ingress of water and coolant.

Resilience

We place slide plates across the full shaft, which lets us absorb and spread out shocks; as a result, the bellows rebound to their original shape when impacts are small, and even after a dropped tool or workpiece, they quickly restore and maintain their form.

High-speed support

We have cut the part count dramatically compared with the conventional classic type, which makes the unit lighter and, as a result, enables high-speed operation. Moreover, the Libero model with a 500-mm cover width and a 500-mm maximum length runs at up to 200 m/min.

Polygonal shape

By processing the slide plate into any shape, it is possible to produce polygonal shapes.
We will manufacture according to customer requests.
In addition, by processing the slide plate to match the shape of the rail surface of a linear guide, etc., the risk of the bellows falling off or meandering can be greatly reduced.
