An Air Balancer is a wire-winding balancer that operates solely on air pressure. It can lift and transport objects from $25 \text{ kg}$ to $318 \text{ kg}$ using only the force of the air.
Because it is made specifically as a balancer, it has low sliding resistance and is ideal for working while holding the workpiece by hand. It is also inexpensive, helping to save on capital investment costs.

Balance Control

Knight Air Balancers offer various usage methods through the selection of control components.

Single Balance, which allows operation for a single load at $0 \text{ G}$ .
Dual Balance, which allows operation at $0 \text{ G}$ by switching between 2 types of loads using a changeover button.
Control Modules that allow operation by pressing Up/Down buttons like an air hoist, or by moving the handle up and down to lift or lower the load.
Auto Balance Type, which automatically detects and balances objects of different weights or when the load changes.

※Air control components should be used in conjunction with the Air Balancer.
Furthermore, air control components can be sold separately. If the usage method of the balancer changes, replacing only the air control components can lead to cost reduction.

Auto Balance Control

★ 1PB (3-Button Balance Control)

After pressing the “Up” or “Down” button to lift the product, press the “Balance” button to fix the system to the detected load, allowing you to work while holding the product by hand.
The speed of “Up” and “Down” can be adjusted individually.
The usage range is 10% to 80% of the air balancer’s load capacity. (For a load capacity of 100 kg, the range is 10 kg to 80 kg).
Before pressing the “Balance” button after pressing “Up” or “Down,” the system is in a lift/lower locked state.
You can select between having No-Load Balance or not having No-Load Balance. (With No-Load: B1 / Without No-Load: B0).

★ Type 5 (2-Button Full Auto Balance Control)

This is the above “1PB Balance” with the “Balance Button” removed.
After pressing the “Up” or “Down” button to lift the product, releasing the finger from the button automatically puts the system into a zero-balance state based on the product’s weight. You can work while holding the product by hand.
