T-Arm
“User-friendliness” is the development theme of the T-Arm.
The T-Arm comes standard with auto-balance. Even if the product weight changes, no varied settings are required. To ensure customers can use the product with “peace of mind,” all T-Arm models have been newly designed. As a result, the tensile and compressive strength is 1.8 times that of conventional models.
(Thorough Safety Design)

(Knight Mini Arm)

(Lightweight T-Arm)
In recent years, modularization has advanced in automobile, two-wheeler, and parts factories, leading to increased component weight. Therefore, by reducing the equipment weight and combining it with our Knight Rail System, this arm is designed to allow for light movement not only vertically but also in the X and Y directions. The balancing method can also be combined with our unique auto-balance system. We also design and manufacture the attachment section. Please inquire for details. Primarily, tightening tools can be attached to the arm tip to perform tightening work from above, below, or the side.
(Knight Torque Arm)
The Knight Torque Arm is used by attaching a pneumatic or electric tightening tool to its tip. It prevents wrist and arm fatigue by counteracting the weight of the tool and preventing kickback during tightening.
(Electric T-Arm)
In addition to the conventional air-powered type, we have developed the Electric T-Arm series. The load capacity is consistent with the air type, ranging from 40 kg to 650 kg. Operation can be selected between lever lifting/lowering type and step operation.

Electric Type
A new product born from years of technical expertise! Electric Balancer
In addition to the conventional air-powered type, we have developed the Electric T-Arm series.
Operation is performed using the lifting/lowering lever.
The lifting/lowering speed can be adjusted in proportion to the speed of the lever operation.
By attaching the optional balance handle, operation in balance mode is also possible, similar to a Servo Balancer.
We will propose the optimal system to match the customer’s specifications and installation environment.
- It is developed to avoid the phenomenon where the operating load becomes heavier as the load capacity increases (which occurs with the air type).
- Since various interlocks can be added through electric control, this frees the user from dependence solely on expertise in safety measures or air circuits.
- Can be selected as floor-mounted or overhead suspension.
- The load capacity is 75 kg to 350 kg.
