ABC type structure
Features of ABC type
- The structure is simple, and automation is easy, allowing for unmanned operation.
- No drive unit, making maintenance easy.
- The completely sealed structure allows use in volatile atmospheres.
- Uses a resin filter element with excellent corrosion resistance.
- The effective area of the filtration element is large, requiring a small installation space.
- The split back blow method allows for instant cake removal.
- Less utility.
ABC type functions
The raw liquid that is forced into the filtration tank passes through the filter cloth and the liquid passage holes at the bottom of the element, then rises up the hollow pipe and is collected as filtrate. The cake that has accumulated on the filter cloth is instantly peeled off by back-blowing from the liquid collection pipe after the residual liquid in the filtration tank has been removed and dehydrated. The peeled cake is discharged from the tank as dehydrated cake through the cake discharge port at the bottom of the filtration tank.
Features of Type A
- This is a vertical filter consisting of a leaf and a collection pipe, and has the simplest structure.
- Some types have a shower that washes away the cake on the leaf surface after the filtration process is complete.
- There are also types that can perform full-volume filtration.
AV type features
- A vibrator is attached to the A type to automatically discharge the cake.
- Filtrate is collected from each leaf via a flexible hose.
- The entire process can be easily automated.
