The LoRa radio 8-contact input model HLR-C8-IN monitors the status of 8 non-voltage contact inputs, counts the number of inputs, and measures the input ON time, transmitting data to a host system via wireless or wired communication. It can
also be combined with our contact signal converter output model (HLR-C8-OUT) or our contact signal converters (HLR-C1 or
HLR-C2) to transmit contact signals wirelessly.

For wireless communication, we use LoRa (*), a wireless technology for IoT. This allows communication up to 5km in line of sight to the parent IoT gateway HLR-GW, so wireless communication can reach places where conventional 920MHz band specific low-power wireless could not reach without placing a repeater, and has been well received by customers.
