45% more compact: In addition, the redesigned structure minimizes width, length, and height, so it fits easily into space-restricted equipment.
High strength and precision: Furthermore, the high-rigidity linear guide achieves repeatability of ±0.01 mm (±0.0004 in.) or less. Centering accuracy also reaches ±0.07 mm (±0.0028 in.) or less, ensuring stable and highly accurate motion control.
