Special single layer metal bond
Wheels with super abrasive grains fixed with a special single layer metal bond. As they are chemically bonded, they have an extremely high adhesive strength.
Because of a higher abrasive retention force, adding a small quantity of special metal bond increases the grain protrusion (doubled as compared with that of electroplated). It also controls the abrasive grain arrangement in an unrestricted manner.
The Capio wheels prove excellent sharpness and longer service life under various grinding conditions and permit accurate, efficient grinding

1) Higher abrasive retention force
A higher abrasive retention force has been realized with the use of a special metal bond. It also ensures a higher grain protrusion.
2) Variety of grain density
The Capio wheels can be manufactured with a variety of grain density to have a very close arrangement as seen with electroplated wheels or a rough arrangement with grain intervals several times as large as the grain diameter.
3) Accurate, efficient grinding
With the larger grain protrusion and optimum grain density, grinding with sustainable sharpness can be realized without clogging. Especially for soft materials such as aluminum, accurate, efficient grinding is possible.
