This solenoid valve provides reliable control for air cylinders with bore sizes ranging from φ20 [0.787 in.] to φ50 [1.969 in.]. It features a direct acting design with a refined inner construction, ensuring versatility, excellent reliability, and durability. Furthermore, it is easy to use, offering flexibility and enhanced performance with its “reliable operation” feature.

The sealing method utilizes a pressure-balanced poppet to balance supply pressure at the valve seat. This ensures low power consumption, leading to optimal performance, especially for high-cycle applications. As a result, the valve remains compact while handling large flows efficiently.

Additionally, an overspring mechanism prevents excessive force from being applied to the seal, demonstrating exceptional durability. The single solenoid 2-, 3-, and 5-port valves ensure assured operation even under low pressure. These valves also offer multiple performance capabilities, such as low-pressure specification actuator operation and divider valve functionality.

Moreover, the flywheel diode is standard for AC solenoids, with the DC24V version optional. This feature eliminates solenoid burning and humming. Finally, the units are available with LED indicators, making them simpler and more efficient to use.
