Features
This filter has an outstanding particle size of 0.01 μm and boasts a filtering efficiency of 99.99%. Its compact body and high flow rate make it an ideal choice. The PLF050N delivers 40L/min (ANR), while the PLF100N achieves 100L/min (ANR). For the best performance, the recommended maximum flow rate is achieved when 0.7 MPa is supplied. The pressure drop is just 0.03 MPa.
It uses a fluorine-type hollow fiber membrane and fluororubber, ensuring excellent ozone resistance. Additionally, the filter is constructed with highly chemical-resistant PCT plastic, which provides improved resistance to cutting oils and alcohol. This makes it highly durable.
The filter’s membrane area is 10 times larger than those of other filters of the same size, which use flat membranes. As a result, it offers a significantly longer lifespan, ensuring reliable, continuous performance over time.
