Features

The “MC-30” simple sensitivity calibrator is an integrated device that combines an exciter, amplifier, and display, allowing sensor sensitivity to be read directly on the unit.
It enables quick confirmation of sensor operation before vibration analysis and allows on-site calibration of acceleration sensors for equipment diagnosis.
The vibrator, amplifier, and display are integrated into a single unit, providing direct digital display of sensor sensitivity.
It is compatible with both charge output type acceleration sensors and built-in amplifier acceleration sensors.
The drive voltage can be selected from DC 24 V or DC 15 V, and the drive current can be selected from 2.0 mA or 4.0 mA.
Up to 100 data points can be stored in the MC-30 main unit, with operation and data transfer available via a PC.
The device supports approximately 10 hours of continuous operation.
It is supplied with a convenient hard case for easy transport.
