The current product line offers improved charge removal performance while maintaining a significantly smaller configuration. Because manufacturers prioritized application flexibility, they provide a small flow rate type nozzle and a silicon discharge needle as available options. Furthermore, the system accommodates various industrial scales by offering widths ranging from 350 to 3100 mm (13.78 to 122.05 inches).
Regarding specialized equipment, the ION WIPER actively prevents defects before they occur by neutralizing electrical charges and removing dust from LCDs, molded plastics, and electronic components. This specific model integrates charge removal, dust removal, and a dust collection box into a single, innovative design. Consequently, this small box configuration improves workspace economy, work efficiency, and overall productivity.
Lightweight Portability and Ergonomics
Engineers emphasized user comfort by designing these products with lightweight bodies specifically shaped for easy holding. These advancements lead to significant weight reductions across the lineup:
The standard product features a 200g body, representing a 20% weight reduction compared to previous company models.
The DTY-ELG31 model utilizes a 140g (4.94 oz) body, achieving a 30% reduction in weight.
The DTY-ELG41 model offers a 185g (6.53 oz) body, which provides a 10% weight reduction.
Advanced Operational Technology
In addition to ergonomic improvements, the devices utilize a high-frequency AC method to provide high efficiency in electrostatic charge removal and ensure an outstanding ion balance. Furthermore, users do not require a separate controller because the engineers built the valve and ion generator directly into the unit. To maintain reliability during constant movement, the hardware employs a highly flexible, flex-resistant robot cable for all primary connections.

By installing an optional pulse blow unit (sold separately), the operator can utilize pulsed air to improve both energy saving and dust removal efficiency.
In -PAU configurations, the system allows the pulse blow frequency to be variable within the range of 5 to 15Hz.
Moreover, both the IN port and the pulse blow unit are detachable, which ensures that optional parts remain easily replaceable.
