In response to requests, communication functions are provided as standard.

With the firmware upgrade (V1.00 → V1.10), the communication function is now available as standard.
The communication protocol has been made public, so users can freely create monitor systems that utilize the communication function.

If you have an older version, you can upgrade (for a fee). Please contact our sales department.

Simple settings that can be used immediately

It can be used with simple operations that minimize complicated settings.

Simply enter the two items “Takt time” and “Planned quantity” to start measuring immediately (initial setting). If you want to minimize the operation, you can enter only “Takt time”.

Extensive display functions

• You can freely select from 21 different “display types” for each display row and display them at all times.
• Even if the management content changes depending on the improvement steps, you can respond by simply changing the settings.

One-touch key display

Data that is not normally displayed can be easily checked with a single key on the setting device.In
addition, instead of using terminal input, actual results can be added from the setting device and measurement start and end can be easily controlled with a single dedicated key.

USER key

Displays data of a pre-defined display type.

Average tact key

Displays the average takt.

clock key

Displays the current time.

Working hours setting function

It has a built-in clock function, allowing you to set working hours.

Working hours settings are settings that distinguish between working hours and break times.
You can display more realistic targets and manage progress by, for example, stopping takt counting during break times.

Save your settings for peace of mind even during long vacations

Settings are retained even when the power is turned off, eliminating the need to reset the settings after a power outage or long vacation.
