Sakaguchi Electric Heaters CO.
Sakaguchi MPI Type Samicon Polyimide Heater

Manufacturer: Sakaguchi Electric Heaters CO., LTD.
Model: MPI Type
Features
- The heater can be used up to 200°C due to the use of a special polyimide film with high heat resistance in the insulation material that retains the heat ray.
- Uniform temperature distribution-The foil-shaped heating rays are evenly distributed on the heater surface, and the heating area occupies a large part of the heater surface area, resulting in less uneven heating and high thermal efficiency.
- Environmentally friendly- By developing a manufacturing method for a terminal structure that takes advantage of the characteristics of thin heaters, the connection between the lead wire and the terminal part is not a soldering method, but a lead-less ecological heater, making it an environmentally friendly ecological heater.
- Since no adhesive is used to bond the low-outgassing- insulation, the heater produces very little outgassing. In addition, siloxane gas is not generated, so it can be used in environments where its generation is disliked.
- Fast temperature rise response- The heater has a particularly fast temperature rise response due to the very thin insulation thickness of less than 0.2 mm and the small heat capacity.
- Wide range of circuit designs- Precise etching allows for changes in circuit distribution and shape, allowing for the design of heat distribution according to the application.
