SAKAI STYLE FACE SHIELD

PURPOSE OF USE: The product is used to protect the face from flying objects, powder splashes (dust), or chemical/solvent splashes.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES: The product is suitable for tasks such as:

• Grinding.
• Polishing.
• Lumbering/Sawmilling.

• Brush cutting.
• Handling chemicals, solvents.
• Agricultural spraying (liquid).

Universal Bracket
Face shields for safety helmets will be fixed to the helmet using this universal bracket. (Except for the slider type).

※ Important Note: Installable safety helmets are those with a narrow brim (visor), such as the MP type. The product cannot be used for safety helmets with wide brims.

ACRYLIC FACE SHIELD

Usage: Used to protect the face from liquid splashes or powder dust.

POLYCARBONATE FACE SHIELD

Technical characteristics:

• Compared to Acrylic shields, this type is more elastic.
• Has superior impact resistance (shock resistance).

Usage: Primarily used to protect the face from flying objects (projectiles).

SAKAI STYLE FACE SHIELD – SLIDER TYPE

Material: Acrylic.
Mechanism: When not in use, the shield can be slid up and retracted inside the safety helmet.

IMPORTANT NOTE (Safety Warning): Since this device is installed inside the safety helmet: Please DO NOT USE this product in tasks/environments where wearing a safety helmet is mandatory by law. (Reason: Installing additional accessories inside may reduce the safety clearance or affect the shock absorption capability of the helmet, causing the helmet to no longer meet labor safety standards in high-risk environments). Additionally, the types of safety helmets that can install this product are also limited (not all helmets can be fitted).

CAUTION

• Face shields do not guarantee face protection in all cases. If the flying object is too large or the speed is too high, exceeding the impact resistance of the shield, the device may not provide adequate protection.
• For Slider type: Since it is installed inside the safety helmet, it may affect the original protective features of the helmet. Therefore, do not use this product in work areas where wearing a safety helmet is mandatory by law. Please only use the safety helmet with this device installed as a non-standard product (not subject to national inspection).

WARNING

For Models 31L Green and 37 Green:

• Absolutely do not look directly at strong light sources such as light generated during welding. This will cause eye damage.
• The product is also not effective against Lasers, so please do not use in environments with Lasers.
