This metal-cutting band saw delivers quiet operation and beautifully clean cuts, even when processing stainless steel. Because it cuts up to 50 mm thick stainless steel and iron as well as 150 mm thick wood and resin, it handles both metal and non-metal materials with ease. Moreover, the generous 205 mm cutting depth provides ample capacity for demanding applications.

The BS-23 band saw uses a powerful 590W geared motor, approximately 3/4 HP, which generates high torque for smooth and stable cutting. As a result, it prevents stalling under load and eliminates the need for excessive cooling water to control frictional heat at high speeds. This efficient power transmission improves reliability while maintaining consistent cutting performance.

It comes standard with a bimetal blade for stainless steel, iron, and other metals, and it also includes a steel blade for wood and non-ferrous metals. In addition, built-in safety features such as an emergency stop button and a front door open and close detection function enhance operational protection. The machine also follows European CE marking standards, ensuring dependable safety compliance.
