The head is made of stainless steel (stainless steel blade steel) and has undergone heat treatment of hardening (increases strength and wear resistance) and tempering (increases elasticity), making it less prone to soil and animal droppings from sticking and easy to clean. The head has a mirror finish achieved through electropolishing.
