Coco KAZ-Mighty2 2-Channel F/V Converter For Analysis

Manufacturer: Coco Research Co., Ltd
Model: KAZ-Mighty2
Features
This high-performance system delivers precise measurement across an ultra-wide speed range, so it maintains accuracy from ultra-low speeds to high speeds while also responding instantly to sudden changes and abrupt stops. Moreover, it ensures smooth, ripple-free operation even at extremely low speeds, which significantly improves stability during measurement.
At the same time, it processes two channels using the same clock, so it calculates and measures simultaneously under different conditions such as the power side and the load side. In addition, it supports 2-phase (A/B phase) signal input, which enhances flexibility for various applications.
Furthermore, the single-pulse method provides a fast response with a cycle time of one rotation plus 6 μs or less, while the averaging method effectively handles irregular and jerky movements. As a result, users can select an output update time ranging from 20 μs to 500 ms, depending on the required performance.
In addition, the system supports line driver signals, so it resists noise effectively and operates reliably even in harsh industrial environments such as factories. For rotational analysis, it amplifies even the smallest fluctuations, and then it automatically sets the center value by measuring velocity unevenness at steady speed, which improves analysis accuracy.
Finally, it enhances sensitivity during FFT preprocessing, so it captures even minor variations with high precision, and therefore it enables more accurate and reliable analysis results.
