The model AUD900 is an explosion-proof ultraviolet flame detector with adjustable high sensitivity that is used for burners of oil or gas mono-fuel combustion, or oil and gas multi-fuel combustion.

• This device has two sensitivity adjustment controls.
• The flame detection signal can be output at from 0 to 35 V DC, allowing a long wiring distance to the burner controller without using special cables.
• The fused quartz glass monitoring window lens prevents the exhaust gas, soot, and hot air of the combustion chamber from entering this device.

Use this device in combination with the model AUR76H flame monitor with built-in amplifier, or with the model R7476A amplifier and one of the following discontinued models: R4075C burner controller with self-check circuit, R4332A, R4332B, or R4334A.
Also, this device’s built-in shutter interrupts light coming from the flame about 75 times per minute so that the flame detection circuits of this device and its amplifier can be checked.
