Overview

This is a signal converter that amplifies and isolates the resistance change of a potentiometer, then transmits it to the CC-Link master station.

Application Examples

• Isolates analog signals and inputs them to the sequencer.
• Analog measured value output can be displayed on a local indicator.
• Input and output of PLC PID instructions can be connected to a single C2M.

Input Specifications

Minimum span: 50% or more of the input resistance.
Input range: Potentiometer from 0 to 100Ω to 0 to 10kΩ. No adjustment is required.
Detection voltage: DC0.5V
Zero adjustment: 0 to 50% of total resistance, adjustable from the front.
Span adjustment: 50 to 100% of total resistance, adjustable from the front.

Output Specifications

At 1 to 5V load resistance: 500Ω or more
At 4 to 20mA load resistance: 0 to 600Ω
