When used in conjunction with the dedicated controller, intermittent operation of hot air ^is possible.
Intermittent operation allows for the release of hot air only when heat treatment is required.
There is no need to move the hot air beam away from the workpiece or switch the flow path.
Regardless of whether the air supply is ON or OFF, it ensures stable heater temperature control, preventing overheating due to air supply interruption and premature failure due to heat cycling.
By stopping the air supply when heat treatment is not being performed, energy saving is achieved.

Soldering of chip components such as ICs and LSIs, and preheating before soldering.
Cap seal shrinkage
Resin welding & resin cutting
Cutting of synthetic fibers
Shrinkage of the covering tube
Spot drying after cleaning of small workpieces
Removal of flux after soldering
