Dimensions and specifications
BSX self-regulating heater cables maintain process temperatures and prevent freezing in piping, tanks, and equipment made of metal or non-metal. The cables automatically adjust their thermal output based on the ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature drops and heat loss increases, the cable produces more heat. Conversely, when the ambient temperature rises and heat loss decreases, the cable reduces its output. Additionally, these products hold Japan’s increased safety explosion-proof type approval, alongside FM (USA) and IEC (Europe) certifications.

HTSX type
HTSX self-regulating heater cables have a wide range of applications, from preventing freezing of metals, especially in situations with high heat loss, to maintaining the temperature of process tubes requiring steam purging. The heat output is self-regulating, changing with ambient temperature and decreasing as the temperature rises. While the temperature rating is T2 and T3, a stabilized design allows for use in T6 environments.
Some products meet Japanese increased-safety explosion-proof standards and have passed type approval. They also hold FM (USA) and IEC (Europe) certifications.

Thermostat: The E4X-1 is a thermostat for measuring and controlling the temperature of pipes and tank surfaces to prevent freezing and maintain temperature. The E4X-1 combines thermostat functionality with a heater cable (1 cable) power connection function in a NEMA 4X (waterproof, dustproof, and corrosionproof) non-metallic box, and directly attaches to trace piping or tank nozzles.
