Application

Heating and Keeping Lard Warm: Lard is a solid fat even at room temperature, making it difficult to handle, and many people struggle with this. This heater melts the lard, making it easy to handle. By heating from the bottom, the lard melts evenly, eliminating the unmelted residue that can occur in the corners and sides of the container, which can happen with immersion-type or side-heating methods.At room temperature (20°C), lard melts from the bottom, which is the heating surface.　Making cuts on the sides allows you to complete the process in as little as 50 minutes!
