Simply place a 18-liter can on top for easy heating! Temperature adjustment is as simple as turning the dial. You can heat and maintain the optimal temperature for the contents of the can. It can be used for heating and maintaining the temperature of highly viscous liquids and solidified materials contained in 18-liter cans, such as food (oils, corn syrup, honey, etc.), paints, oils, etc.

The clean body is made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion and oil resistance. It can be used safely even in food applications.
Equipped with a safe and secure structure including a thermal fuse (overheat protection function) and an earthing mechanism to prevent electric shock. Furthermore, the heater uses flame-retardant materials, ensuring safe use. It also has a splash-proof design, so it can be used in environments where water may splash on top of the product (however, it is not suitable for submersion).

Application
Heating and Keeping Lard Warm: Lard is a solid fat even at room temperature, making it difficult to handle, and many people struggle with this. This heater melts the lard, making it easy to handle. By heating from the bottom, the lard melts evenly, eliminating the unmelted residue that can occur in the corners and sides of the container, which can happen with immersion-type or side-heating methods.
At room temperature (20°C), lard melts from the bottom, which is the heating surface.
Making cuts on the sides allows you to complete the process in as little as 50 minutes!
(Approximately half of the lard will become liquid)
