N₂ Gas generators
The nitrogen gas generator supplies high-purity nitrogen gas (95 to 99.999%) by extracting nitrogen gas from the air. As compared with methods using cylinders or liquid nitrogen, this product, which enables users to obtain nitrogen gas onsite, can save the cost and effort of management and operation, and reduce CO₂ emissions associated with transportation.
BOOSTAR Series
The BOOSTAR series is equipped with a patent-pending second booster mechanism and a new process (3-tower PSA system) equipped with 3 suction towers to suppress pressure loss in the process, thereby producing low-pressure general-purpose factory air. It was born as a new concept nitrogen gas generator that can be used and can supply nitrogen gas that exceeds the raw material air pressure. BOOSTAR series, which manufactures nitrogen gas more easily, has solved the conventional problem of insufficient discharge pressure while using factory air, which has a high initial investment,maintenance, and energy-saving effect for the entire factory.
