Clean dry air generators
The clean dry air (CDA) generator removes moisture contained in the air to supply gas that is –70°C or lower under the atmospheric pressure. As compared with methods using cylinders to obtain CDA, this onsite CDA generator can save the cost and effort of management and operation, and reduce CO₂ emissions associated with transportation.
Mini-CUBE NCP/NCPW Series (MAIRS-NCP/NCPW)
MAIRS is the clean, dry air generator. It can supply the dry air that atmospheric pressure dew point
can be less than -70℃. Air cleanliness grade supports ISO8573-:2010. （JISB8392-1:2012【0:2:0】）

*1 Values obtained under environmental conditions of 20°C surrounding temperature and 60% relative humidity (RH) are converted for atmospheric pressure of 0°C. The amount of gas that can be produced may decrease due to surrounding temperature and humidity.
*2 When intake temperature is high, equipment performance decreases. There is also a danger that this could lead to an accelerated maintenance cycle. Ventilate the room when surrounding temperature is high.
