Clean dry air generators
The clean dry air (CDA) generator removes moisture contained in the air to supply gas that is –70°C or lower under the atmospheric pressure. As compared with methods using cylinders to obtain CDA, this onsite CDA generator can save the cost and effort of management and operation, and reduce CO₂ emissions associated with transportation.
M Series(MCDA)
The M series is equipment which pursues improvement in miniaturization and maintainability.
Adoption of a multi-layout package makes it possible to select the directions of panel surfaces and exhaust ducts according to installation sites.
With a small-sized compressor built in, it is possible to move and use this equipment as long as there is AC100V power.
