This compact bottle washer is mounted on the sink, making it highly efficient to use. There’s no risk of electrical leakage, so you can use it with peace of mind.

*Delivery is to the vehicle only. Installation and setup are not included.

• The small bottle washer is attached to the sink for excellent work efficiency.
• A removable draining rack is provided in a convenient size.
• The washer is for small bottles only. Some bottles may not be usable depending on their shape and size.
  (Containers with a body diameter of 75mm or less and an inner mouth diameter of 20mm or more are ideal)

*No check valve is installed.
*There is no overflow in the tank. Always use while draining water.

■How to use

• To spray water, insert the included cross fitting into the cleaning nozzle and press the mouth of the upside-down container against the cross fitting, and water will spray from the nozzle. Water will be released as long as the mouth of the bottle is pressed against the cross fitting.
• To stop spraying, remove the mouth of the bottle from the cross fitting, and the cross fitting will act as a stopper and the water will stop.

■Precautions

• Using the tank filled with water may cause malfunction. Please use the machine with the cleaning water always draining (do not use the drain trap cover).
• If a bottle with remaining chemical solution is turned upside down and the solution flows into the machine, depending on the liquid, it may corrode the machine or cause the gasket to deteriorate.
• Please use the machine with no chemical solution remaining in the bottle or after it has been neutralized.
• Although the sink is made of stainless steel, 　it may corrode if liquid flows directly into it . Please check the chemical resistance before use. ※Water will spray out forcefully upwards from the cleaning nozzle. Do not bring your face close to the machine or use it while looking down at it from directly above.

※Please note that the machine will not function if the cross-shaped metal fitting is lost.
※ Water supply and drainage plumbing work required during installation is the customer’s responsibility.
(The drain pipe, globe valve, and other items shown in the drawing are not included. Please coordinate with your plumbing contractor.)
