Application
Using electricity to control the electro-permanent magnet for lifting and transporting by adjusting its internal magnetization.
When you place LEP-Q with full face contact on a flat steel surface, it is suitable to transport steel plate and iron products.
Features
- Power instantly activates in 0.2 seconds only , it saves energy.
- Use the electric power only when attracting and releasing only.
- Electrical power doesn’t flow during lifting, yet the attractive force maintains its safety.
- Use with the exclusive LEPR-P control/rectifier.
Precautions for use
Rust and scratches on the attractive face adversely affects the holding power.
Inspect/check periodically and make repairs.
