We have developed 12G hot dip galvanized high strength hexagon bolt (trade name: 12GSHTB) and acquired certification by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (certification number: MBLT – 0064).
This is a development of the technology of the Torsha type ultra high strength bolt (trade name: SHTB) which already has many sales results. In the future, you can use it for various buildings, multi-level parking lot, bridge, steel tower etc.
- This product has about 1.5 times the proof stress of existing hot dip galvanized high strength bolt (F8T).
- Plating adhesion amount is 550 g / m² or more, it is excellent for long term rust prevention.
- By adopting 12 GSHTB, the bolted joint can be compacted to about 2/3 of the size as before. In addition, many advantages such as bolt tightening cost reduction and shortening of construction period can be obtained.
- Construction is carried out by the same “nut rotation method” tightening method as the conventional hot-dip galvanized high-strength hexagon bolt.
