Low reaction force expansion

The expansion has a low reaction force design, and the reaction force during displacement is smaller than the standard expansion (EA).

The Purpose

  • Anti-vibration/sound insulation and absorption of misalignment of pipes made of low-strength materials such as PVC and FRP

Usage

  • Connection of resin piping such as PVC

Since this product has a larger thrust force when pressurized than general joints, if it is used for pipes with low strength such as those made of resin, the pipes may be damaged due to elongation. The use of safety bolts) is particularly strongly recommended.

  • Please note that the maximum working pressure is lower than Expansion (EA).
  • If necessary, use the control unit ( here ).
  • Not manufactured for burying.
  • If the fluid is gas, the maximum working pressure will be 1/2 of the above value.
  • Please contact us for non-standard specifications (diameter, length, etc.).
  • Due to the manufacturing method, the plating on the flange may be discolored or mottled, but this does not affect performance.
