Features

• The dedicated machine for blasting the inner surface of the pipe utilizes AR type abrasive.
• It operates by rotating the inserted nozzle at a wide angle (60°, 90°, 120°) relative to the core shaft. And moving it forward along the inner surface of the pipe.
• Achieving homogeneous finishing entails setting the nozzle angle and rotation speed. Also adjusting the injection distance to the abrasive surface accordingly.
• The regulator allows for free adjustment of the rotation speed.
• This machine adopts a mechanical rotary system consisting of nozzles, nozzle holders, air motors, gear packs, swivel joint cases, blast hose fittings, and other equipment to rotate them.
