T10 is a thermocouple with a double protection tube structure consisting of a metal protection tube and a non-metal protection tube.
A non-metallic protective tube is installed between the non-metallic protective tube and the metallic protective tube to prevent the thermocouple wire from being attacked by metallic gas when used at high temperatures.
